Location: Nashville, TN

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexibility for overtime preferred)

Compensation: $21 – $23/hour

Overview

A well-established and growing distribution operation is seeking a Lead Delivery Driver to support daily route execution, assist with driver coordination, and help ensure consistent, on-time delivery performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road but also wants to take on additional responsibility and leadership within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery routes safely and efficiently
• Serve as a point of support for other drivers throughout the day
• Assist with route coordination and coverage as needed
• Help ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery status, issues, or delays
• Support onboarding and guidance of new drivers when needed
• Maintain compliance with all safety and driving regulations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivery driving or route-based roles
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT compliance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and handle product as required for deliveries
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
• Comfortable taking initiative and supporting team operations
