Overview


We are seeking an experienced Marine Aftermarket Sales Manager to support and expand our growing marine diesel business. This role will focus on developing relationships across the marine service ecosystem and driving parts sales along with service and rebuild work into our Fuel Injection Equipment (FIE) facilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with technical credibility in diesel fuel systems and marine propulsion. This individual will call on yacht service providers, shipyards, marine operators, and diesel service organizations while identifying opportunities to grow both the recreational marine and commercial “brown water” marine segments.

This role reports to the VP of Sales and plays a key part in expanding the company’s national marine footprint.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and grow aftermarket sales within the marine segment
  • Build relationships with yacht service providers, shipyards, captains, and marine operators across Florida and the East Coast
  • Drive service, rebuild, and repair work into the Fort Lauderdale FIE shop, particularly around fuel injection systems and turbochargers
  • Identify opportunities within commercial and workboat marine markets including tugboats, fishing fleets, and harbor vessels
  • Promote diesel fuel injection components including injectors, pumps, and turbochargers
  • Support national marine opportunities including collaboration with the company’s FIE facility in Eugene, Oregon
  • Represent the company at marine trade shows, industry events, and customer locations
  • Serve as a technical resource to customers regarding diesel fuel systems and propulsion components


Qualifications


  • 5 or more years of sales experience within marine diesel, heavy diesel, or propulsion systems
  • Experience working with yacht service companies, shipyards, or marine operators strongly preferred
  • Understanding of diesel fuel injection systems, turbochargers, and related engine components
  • Ability to develop new relationships and grow territory revenue
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians and engineers
  • Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast and occasionally nationally
  • Spanish language skills are a plus given exposure to Caribbean and South American markets

  • Experience with brands such as Bosch, Yanmar, Cummins, Volvo Penta, MTU, MAN, or similar marine diesel platforms is beneficial



Compensation


  • Base salary expected to range between $100,000 and $140,000, with additional performance incentives.
  • Total compensation will be aligned with experience, industry relationships, and demonstrated ability to grow marine aftermarket revenue.
