Customer Account Representative


Position Summary:

The Customer Account Representative is responsible for managing, growing, and retaining

customer relationships across an assigned region. Execute structured outbound follow-up,

strengthen customer loyalty, and drive increased buying frequency and share-of-wallet. To support flexibility and full customer coverage, reps are incentivized based on total regional performance, not an individual book.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound follow-up with customers.

• Make OSD (Order Status & Delay) communication calls.

• Make CX (Customer Experience) follow-up calls to close service loops.

• Reactivate dormant or inconsistent customers.

• Reinforce company value propositions and digital ordering tools.

• Drive increased buying frequency and share-of-wallet.

• Prioritize outreach using data-driven insights.

• Provide coverage flexibility by working accounts in the region.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on regional execution and customer plans.

• Document interactions thoroughly in CRM.

• Align with cross functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved


Qualifications

• 2–5 years inside sales or account management experience preferred.

• Experience in automotive parts distribution or B2B sales is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• High level of organization and follow-through.

• Ability to manage structured account cadences.

• CRM and data navigation proficiency.

Bilingual in English / Spanish is a HUGE plus

Pay Information

Salary

45,000 USD + monthly and annual incentives that could be max $21,000 USD annual
