Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)

Location: Mechanicsville, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (one opening 8:00am–4:30pm)

Pay: $17–$18 per hour + monthly incentive (see below)


Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, support customer orders, and provide a high level of service to customers in the automotive collision repair industry. This role is fast paced, phone intensive, and performance driven, with opportunities to earn additional monthly incentives based on clearly defined metrics.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a call center environment, and is motivated by both hourly pay and performance based incentives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, and order status
  • Process and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Verify customer information including addresses, phone numbers, and email details
  • Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and issues are resolved
  • Build product knowledge to confidently support customer questions and requests
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and sales goals


Compensation & Incentives

  • Hourly pay: $17–$18 per hour
  • Incentives: Inside Sales Representatives are eligible to earn up to $850 per month in performance based incentives
  • Incentives are tied to multiple standalone metrics, not just sales volume
  • Average Inside Sales Representative earns approximately $300 per month in incentives
  • Guaranteed increases: $0.50 per hour increase every April and October
  • Hourly rate growth over time with a long term cap around $24 per hour


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales environment preferred
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in a fast paced setting
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with automotive parts or repair industry is a plus but not required
  • Ability to meet performance expectations related to pace, accuracy, and customer service
